Brunel Caravan & Camping Club's - Club Rules revised Nov 2008.
1. Members of the club must be 18 years of age and over
2. All rallies will be under the guidance of the rally officers to whom all units must report on arrival and take up site as indecated by the rally officer. Rallies commence at 5pm unless stated otherwise. Units arriving before this time would be expected to move if requested.
3. All members and visitors must abide by any site rules set out by the owners of the property upon which the rally is held and carry out any reasonable requests made by the rally officers.
4. In the unforeseen event of a rally being cancelled at short notice, only members who have applied to attend will be notified, and at the same time advised of any alternative arrangements. Any such changes will also be advertised on the Brunel-CCC club web site.
5. All animals must be kept under control and on a lead not exceeding 10 feet whilst on site. All animals are excluded from the social tent.
6. Site fees, ect., should be paid to the rally officers as requested. Rally fees (as agreed at the AGM are:
£1.00 per member
£1.00 per person 18 years of age and over (if staying overnight)
7. Units will be sited to allow for car parking between units - 20 feet apart.
8. Pup Tents - a pup tent is a tent to sleep no more than 2/3 people . These tents may be used by children. The height restriction of pup tents should not exceed 5ft.
9. All site speed limits must be strictly adhered to, or 5mph if not stated. No learner drivers on site.
10. Members should forward the appropriate booking slip to the rally officers not later than the date stated. Failure to do this may result in disappointment. SEND NO MONEY WITH SLIPS.
11. members may bring along a friend / guest to a rally using their own separate unit for ONE RALLY ONLY. Forms are enclosed within the rally folder for members use.
12. Members failing to attend a rally or cancelling after the booking date must pay a £2.00 cancellation fee plus any other expenses incurred on their behalf, subject to the committee's decision.
13. Routes to Rallies - as well as the instructions given in the rally book please also check your own map or gps in case or revised routes or error. Rally Co-ordinators will not be responsible for incorrect route instructions.
14. All members should comply with the Country & Caravan Codes.
15. Fire Protection Association states children should NEVER be left alone in a caravan or tent.
16. All noise must cease at 12 midnight in consideration of other members.
17. All ball games must be played away from caravans / tents at the discretion of the Rally Officer.
18. Members - Please note:
Due to a recent department of enviroment ruling guests are not allowed on exempted rallies.
19 The officers and committee of the Brunel Caravan & Camping Club do not under any circumstances accept any liability for death / persona; injury to members or guests attending rallies, or for the loss / damage to any personal property
